“Finding a balance between optimism and intellectual honesty can propel startups into great companies and entrepreneurs into great leaders. My goal is to help entrepreneurs strike that balance, celebrating successes but also figuring out what aspect of the business is not working and then fixing it. A culture of intellectual honesty comes from open frank communications and trust. They are essential.”
